Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, creating an event, or registering for an event on iTixly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
2. Organizer responsibilities
Organizers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their event listings, delivering the event as described, and complying with all applicable laws, including venue, safety, and tax obligations.
3. Fees
For each paid ticket, iTixly charges the buyer a flat ₦50 booking fee plus a 6% platform fee, both added on top of the ticket price at checkout. The organizer is always paid out the full ticket price they set, neither fee is ever deducted from their payout. Free tickets are never charged either fee. These fees are non-refundable except where a registration is refunded in full.
4. Payments and payouts
Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Monnify. Organizer revenue is tracked in your iTixly balance and may be withdrawn to a verified Nigerian bank account via a payout request.
5. Refunds and cancellations
Refund and cancellation policies for a given event are set by the organizer. iTixly is not a party to the transaction between an organizer and an attendee beyond facilitating payment and ticketing.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use iTixly to list fraudulent, illegal, or misleading events, or to circumvent applicable fees.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of iTixly after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
